Troubleshooting

"Wrong security code" Error (3D-1004)

This usually indicates a hash mismatch. Check:

  1. Store Key is correctly entered (no extra spaces)
  2. You're using the correct mode (test vs production)
  3. Enable Debug Mode and check the logs

Payment Gateway in Wrong Language

The language is set automatically based on your Joomla site language. Make sure your site language is set correctly in Joomla's Language settings.
